Hi. I purchased these glasses because they changed the lighting in the store I worked at to LED. I didn't know it was the lights, as I suffer migraines anyways and have since I was 16 and am now 53. My migraines were worse and so was my ability to sleep. Someone suggested it was the lighting. I looked into lighting and decided that it could be the lighting as I started getting more migraines than the usual 4-5/ month. I bought the glasses because I also look at a computer at work so I figured why not? I used the glasses one full week and no migraines and I didn't use them for 3 days and I got a migraine, a big one!! So, I have to say, these help. When you first put them on, they feel comfy as they are adjustable with little springs near the ears so they don't feel tight. Everything looks brighter and it felt like wearing sunglasses. Sometimes my eye get bothered and I just take them off for a minute and put them back on however usually they don't bother me. The only part that seems to be bothered is my nose where the glasses rest, they leave indents but they go away after a few minutes. All in all, I think they are great for me. I am still having sleeping issues because LED lighting can sap the melatonin from your body which can cause difficulty with sleeping. My migraines are fewer and I will continue to wear these to keep it that way. Try them, what do you have to lose?I bought these with the intention of hopefully eliminating my headaches when in computer class. I have not had them long enough to really tell if it made a difference. I have had them long enough to explain that they arrived with one ear piece already off. Luckily I found the screw in the box under a flap just before throwing it in the dumpster but I wasn't pleased with having to find an eyeglass repair kit before I could wear them. The screw fell out again in the case between my trying them on and actually wearing them. It somehow magically has not fallen out again, yet but now I always check that screw when I pull them out.There is also no nose grip so they constantly slide down. And getting used to seeing everything in amber takes some serious getting used to. I am someone who wears sunglasses anytime i am outside but still can not get used to the color of these.The pros: i actually like the style, i dont look like a nerd in them like most black or brown glass frames. I wish they were a little wider but i think that might have more to do with my big head.I also really like that they come with a nice case and microfiber cloth.They do dim the bright blue lights of electronics.Suspected my daughter had dyslexia. Tests gave her negative results. Bought these for husband who looks at screens all day. Daughter tried them after learning about color paper and hard to read black and white fonts and with amazing results her grades are now up and she isn't struggling with reading now. A D/F student is now an A student in classes and all that was changed is we added these at school. These were the answer for her. I couldn't believe our answer was such an easy adjustment of changing her coloration. All her teachers are surprised. She is more confident.I just bought a second pair for her home use. I can't express enough gratitude that these exist.Junk, cheap googles for your face that’ll make you look like a Clown walking around. Don’t but these cheap made goggles.I bought these as a gift for my cousin who is always on the computer. He says they work well. I guess the only downfall is if your gifting then there is no advertised packaging. It's just a black case with glasses and a lense cloth.These glasses help me with reading before bedtime while allowing me to rest when done reading. The glasses are sturdy and have not broke or loosened up when I have fell asleep with them on. The cost was reasonable alsoThere is so much glare from the inside of the lenses being coated as well of you have sunlight in your office I would sreer clear. These are supposed to be anti glare as well lol. It's as if the lenses are flipped and the coating is on the inside instead of the outsideI like the style but the tint is too much. It’s almost like you’re walking through fog when trying to see my computer screen.
