i ordered this chair after a lengthy hunt for one, due to the few but very positive reviews and competitive price point. It came with great assembly instructions, and even a pair of white gloves to wear while you assemble. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair is very, very comfortable. The reclining/declining arms are a plus, too.I also want to note that one minor piece was damaged by me during assembly. I messaged the seller to let them know and they promptly sent me a replacement part, completely free of charge.I highly recommend this chair and would not hesitate to buy it again. Don't let its relatively low price tag fool you, it is very high quality.I really like the chair but the screws meant for attaching the arms to the chair were missing on arrival. I have written to the seller to see if he will ship me the screws needed - otherwise, I will be returning it.UPDATE: I finally heard from the seller and he was waiting to receive the screws I need. But it has now been three weeks and I still do not have the screws to attach the arms. He was to send me tracking information when he ships the screws to me, but after three weeks I am ready to have my new chair. Every week the stars are going to be going down. FINAL UPDATE: I received the screws and put the arms on the chair. I am very pleased with the chair and I recommend it.This chair is wonderful. It is so comfortable, it leans back easily enough that you don't have to strain to do it but not so easily that you feel wobbly or insecure. The arms both can flip up so it can become like an armless chair. The wheels don't damage the floor, and I love the way it looks. Definitely recommend.Exactly what I wanted. For someone with wider hips this is still comfortable and everything I could have hoped for. My five year old even helped me put it together!!Super easy to assemble, very comfortable, love the pink! But the important thing is out of 50 chairs I looked at on Amazon all had many poor reviews! This one has good reviews so I gave it a shot. And I agree. It's a great sturdy, comfy chair, I'd buy again!!Needed a new chair for my office, something stylish and comfortable and this chair is both.My only complaint about this chair is that the caps fall off of the arms, which is entirely cosmetic and unimportant.
