As I new permanently work from home I travel and work form friends and families homes. I spend many hours a day sitting at my computer and have resorted to traveling with an office chair. This chair is light and well constructed. If I had one criticism it would be front to back the chair is a bit short. Which is a tradeoff since it makes it smaller for me to transport. In regard to the casters being hard to insert, don't try and push the caster into the base. Set the caster and base in orientation of normal use, ensure stem of the caster is straight up, then push down on the caster base. The caster will slide right in.It came very be well packaged and as assembly was pretty easy- minus inserting the casters. Those took some force but couldn't use too much as they are plastic. Other than that, so far, it's comfy and appears to be of good quality. This chair is exactly what I was looking for! It’s super comfortable while being fun and it was super easy to build, it only took me about 10 minutes total to assemble to and that’s with me taking my skater wheels off my old desk chair to install them onto this one. If I ever need another office chair I’ll be sure to look at their other products available. It seems well made. Very attractive chair. My husband and I put this together and after trying to place one of the pieces together, decided to look at the video which cleared our confusion up. I absolutely love the color and it feels awesome on my back. After working from home for two years with a chair that was not meant to be sat in for long stretches, I am now working fully remote, so I needed something with adjustable lumbar support, as well as adjustable arm rests. I live where it can get very hot in the summer, so having the breathable mesh fabric was also a big need. Finally, I'll be honest...I wanted something to fit in better with my colorful space (not a black chair like I had before). I did have a hard time figuring out how to get the casters on the base, which is the first step. Before I got out a mallet, I looked online and saw a demo by the manufacturer, which showed the model easily pushing them in. But I still couldn't get it to work and was almost convinced that I was sent the wrong base. Thankfully, I did a few more Google searches and found a DIY video that clearly recommended first going round in a circle with the caster while pushing straight down. BOOM. It worked, but I know my previous chairs did not have this issue, so it may be a manufacturing glitch. Still, I'm sitting in the chair now and it feels - and looks - fabulous.Everything is pretty easy to build if you watch the video, even the box can be used for assembly. Quite comfortable, but could use a comfier bottom. This chair has such a pretty color! It was easy to assemble with the tools provided. I loved the way the screwdriver and screws were packaged. It was easy to see where I needed to use each one. When I put it together and sat down, I thought man this is nice! The lumbar support moves. I’ve had back trouble for years and really needed a good quality chair with some support. This chair is perfect. It took about 30 minutes to put it together. I am also about 250 lbs and I fit great in it. It says it will support up to 275.I would give this chair a 6 star if I could! I read all of the reviews before I bought it, most of them being good. The few negative ones that I seen I will address now. #1 This chair is high quality made, its not flimsy or cheaply made. #2 Its not hard at all to figure out how to assemble, the instructions are clear. Yes the wheels were tricky to push on until I figured out to hold the wheels so they dont roll while pushing them into the chair base. #3 figuring out which screws to use is really not that hard to figure out. It tells you how many screws are for each of the 3 types. I just matched the screw type with the number of screws provide, plus they give you 1 extra of each screw. The screws are not hard to align up with the holes if you screw all of them in loosely before tightening them up. #4 This chair is 1000 percent comfortable, I have back issues and I noticed instance relief and support after sitting in this chair for just the first few minutes. I bought this chair for my husband who was slouching forward in his other chair and I noticed an instant improvement with his posture, he's now sitting up with a nice straight back. #5 The tilt back function of the chair can be tightened fully with the tilt knob on the bottom of the seat to keep the chair from tilting back if you don't want the back of the chair to tilt/rock. #5 The chair has a refreshing modern look, with lots of colour options, if you dont like neon orange, its simple, don't order this colour. Pick a colour that will go nice with you room decor and you wont regret it. Lastly I can't say enough how happy I am with this purchase, its a really good value for my money and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good computer chair with proper support and adjustability.I know, i sound like my parents. Ill be honest, I anticipated more for $300, but i would have expected more from ANY $300 spent on anything. This chair, from what i gather, is a "you get what you pay for" chair, which is to say i really did get $300 worth of chair. it is a perfectly acceptable chair. its not a Miller, but i didnt pay for a Miller. Its not $100 IKEA either, but i can only imagine what crap a $100 or $200 office chair is.id suggest for occasional use, a few hours a day, this chair would be just fine. Maybe thats where i should draw the line, as i WFH and use it for 7-8 hours a day. at that point, the seat can get uncomfortable, but wouldnt anything after 8 hours? I expect this chair to last about a year in full service, after that i suspect it will break down. perhaps at that point I'll listen to my gut and spend the $$ on something better. but unfortunately that will mean spending $1000 for a "really" good chair.the seat is well padded but as some have said, cuts into my thighs, the back is cool and the lumbar support adequate, the colour is great. the assembly was effortless and quick. I retighten the screws every few weeks to month. You'll get what you pay for, in the $300 range, its a pretty good chair.I am an ergonomics advisor for a large corporation, I recommend top-of-the-line office chairs that last forever, and when they start to wear out the manufacturers will come in and replace the worn-out parts. Well worth the money for businesses that can afford them, but I, like most others can't afford to spend $2,000+ or more on a chair.I was looking for a good quality chair for home. This chair is comparable to high-end chairs in several ways, it's well made, good looking and the colour selection is a nice option than basic black. It was fairly easy to put together, and the components are solid and seem to be of good quality. It's pretty much impossible to find a fully ergonomic chair in these lower price ranges, but it does have some ergonomic features; seat recline/tension adjustment, lumbar support adjustment, seat height adjustment, and arm height adjustment, these are very good to have, but it doesn't have a seat tilt adjustment or a seat pan depth adjustment, which is important to accommodate different body sizes. If you don't know how to adjust your seat to apply the ergonomic features, then these options are useless to you and that is the biggest problem with workplace injuries, many people are not using the chair properly and you don't always need to spend a fortune to prevent repetitive strain injuries etc.My biggest disappointment with this chair is that the seat just isn't comfortable for someone who sits for extended periods, so I would recommend that you purchase it also get a gel cushion to use with this seat. Also don't forget to use a footrest, it's important to take the pressure off the back of your legs and to have a foot rest that is adjustable so you can move your feet occasionally and also get a keyboard tray, preferably one that articulates and either has a wrist support built in or purchase one separately - gel is most comfortable. Make sure you're not flexing your wrist when keyboarding, your hand and arm should be in a straight line and your keyboard should be in or close to your lap. It will save you getting carpel tunnel syndrome, if you're doing a lot of keyboardng. It's also important that you don't stay in any one position for too long so remember to get up regularly. Place your printer and other equipment away from your desk so that you get up and move. The mesh back keeps me cool during long-term use, the seat is exceptionally comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support helps keep your back straight. Unfortunately, the wheels feel cheap and often get stuck in opposite directions or not turning. Overall it's a great chair, I love that the arms aren't integral to the structure of the chair so I can leave them off, but for the cost, I expected a little more from the lumbar support and wheels.J’hésitais à écrire mes commentaires, parce que franchement je suis très déçu de cet achat.
