I had a really great glass case. Supple leather, padded with fabric inside. Every set of glasses I put in it fit. Sadley the case started to fall apart after about 20 years of service. So, I went online and started looking for a new one. Couldn’t find one like my old one so I settled for this one. Bad investment.First, the thing is made of one piece of very thin leather. No lining which is kind of okay as long as it protects my glasses. When I first got it, my regular glasses fit perfectly but my sunglasses were too snug. They sort of stuck out the end. Not good if you’re trying to protect your glasses. I switch glasses back and forth a lot each day. Depending on weather I’m inside or outside. After a few weeks the sunglasses started to fit perfectly but there was a problem. The case has expanded (stretched) to accommodate my sunglasses but now my regular glasses don’t fit. They slide in and out of the case with no effort. It’s not a good idea to have a case where your glasses just slide out the end. Now I have to be careful when I set them down in my car or put them in my pocket for fear they will slide right out. This is an annoyance because the designers of the case didn’t’ think it through or didn’t want to spend the money to pad the case.The good thing about this case is you can customize it. Have something written on it (stamped into the leather) and chose the color of the thread. For me these features don’t make up for the poor physical performance.
